I have been creating electronic music in some shape or form for more than 15 years. For years
an internal struggle between hardware and software raged. Finally, controllers and software evolved to a point that made the victory fall to software with solid hardware controller support.

I now work almost entirely with Ableton Live and a variety of controllers.

machined
The first album I made under the name of juncmodule. This album was composed mostly in Reason.

disconnect
A collection of various works composed with various pieces of software and hardware. I was taking a Natural Science course at the time I put this album together. I had several tracks laying around that were not composed for a particular album. So I gathered them up and added a few additional tracks to round out this album. This collection of garbage tracks led me to title the album accordingly.

detritus
Assembled in FL Studio, Sonic Foundry's Acid, and containing many samples from Sony's sampling libraries including Blip and Twine. This was an experiment in the glitch genre. One sample from one of the Sony collections was reused in a Honda commercial, unaltered. This led me to consider the abandonment of all commericial samples in future works.
